Colour: A bright, straw-green yellow. Aroma: Very fruity and fresh, with dominant aromas of apple and fenneland a hint of citrus fruit. Taste: Initially smoth and fresh with a pleasant journey through the mouth. Offers an excellent combination of balanced acidity and fruit. Aftertaste: Very lingering, leaving excellent memories of fresh fruit and a long,very pleasant finish.
About The Producer Azabache
Elaborated using ecologically cultivated grapes, harvested during the second fortnight of September and the first fortnight of October. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 25-28ºC. Automatic control of overpumping for the extraction of aromatic and colour compounds.
