What They Say
Very nice bright ruby colour announcing freshness and complexity. The nose is nicely concentrate and elegant with floral scents, suggestive violet, mimosa and honeysuckle. In the mouth, we discover a silky structure, long finish and well balanced body. From its location on the slope, the grapes offers a velvety, greedy flesh. The long liquorice finish attests to the qualities of the terroir.
About The Producer Domaine du Vieux Collège
Domaine du Vieux Collège is a family winery that has existed for 7 generations. Since 2006, Eric Guyard has been responsible for the running of the domaine which today extends over 25 hectares in the communes of Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin.
