Driven by ripe red fruit flavours with maturing earthy notes and a long savoury finish.
Guillaume Guiton does not like to over-extract his wines, preferring to maintain the purity of the fruit and the sophistication of the tannins which are very fine-grained, supporting a real authenticity to the fruit. This is no exception with great fruit concentration and lovely structure.
The Jean Guiton Domaine currently tends 13 hectares of vineyard on the Côte de Beaune. Harvested by hand, they look for a healthy and mature crop that is rich with the character of the terroir.
