Good balance quinine / gentian The aromatic base consists of quinine which we source in Cayenne in French Guiana. We bring another bitterness with the work of gentian root and bitter orange peel (zest + ziste). The natural Tonic called “Indian Tonic” is a great classic. It goes wonderfully with almost all Gins to make the classic Gin Tonic, whether very straight and dry, or complex and very aromatic. You can also let your creativity speak by associating it with Cognac, Vodka, Lillet, Martini, Campari or even Whisky!
