A wine without sulphites, crunchy, crisp and elegant with lots of red fruit
Very beautiful ruby color, subtle aromas of peony, violet and cinnamon. Ample in the mouth with a nice fruity attack. This wine will fully blossom after a few years in the cellar.
Located in the small town of Denice, between Mâcon-sur-Saone and Lyon, Manoir du Carra dates back to 1850 and has passed on from father to son for five generations. Now owned by Jean-Noël Sambardier and his wife, who run the vineyards alongside their sons, the 30 hectares of vineyards sit on the north-south axis between Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages.
