The producer's house cuvée made from the classic trio of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay.
It is lively, almost vigorous, but with a slightly sweet tasting finish. The freshness and vivacity of this cuvee will be ideal with fish or seafood.
Since 1847, our passion for wine has been passed down from generation to generation of the Michel family. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, a few kilometers from Epernay, in the commune of Moussy, there is 12 hectares of vines planted in Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These three varieties yield very distinct cuvées which are rich in a variety of distinct flavours.
