A sparkling wine liberated from alcohol from the Italian province of Treviso located in Veneto, commonly known as the Prosecco region. Made with traditional methods and 100% Glera, exclusively from DOC and DOCG vineyards. Matured for up to 12 months and then gently liberated from alcohol to preserve the wines natural character.

Moa Gürbüzer started Oddbird in 2013. Her vision was to question and change the alcohol norms of society by creating world class wines but liberating them from alcohol. We produce quality wines, made with traditional methods and matured for up to 12 months, and then gently liberated from alcohol in order to preserve the flavours nature intended. But liberated from alcohol does not only describe the removal of the substance. It also describes the liberation from our drinking culture. Liberation from norms and the preconceived notion that alcohol is an integral part of celebratory occasions. Liberation is the ability to choose between with or without alcohol.
