Unctuous Gewurztraminer packed with ripe stone fruit and elegant white blossom, with a hint of white pepper spice.
Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pferisgberg immediately offers loads of pure fruit and flower aromas, mixing mango, ripe peach, bergamot, praline, rose petal and a little hint of fresh ginger. The wine is highly concentrated and sensual on the plate, with a rich yet fresh body. Elegance and finesse are the main characteristics of this Pfersigberg. The finish has a real Grand Cru dimension, mixing fruity aromas and a deep mineral print. Food pairing: Aperitifs, desserts made with exotic fruits, blue cheese, macarons and also thaï spicy food.
The Eguisheim family have been making wine at their domaine since 1610 in the heart of Alsace. 13 generations have passed on their skills producing wines with superb finesse, concentration and structure. 400 years of passion and commitment can be tasted in their wines.
