The nose is spicy and well balanced, with notes of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves with a hint of small black fruits. A spicy profile on the palate (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom...) with a round finish with notes of blueberry. Recommendations: heat for around 15 minutes until simmering but do not boil. If possible add orange or lemon when serving.
