An elegant and refined wine from from this famous French appellation known for its rich and big wines. All of that sun-soaked fruit and deep-rooted intensity has matured into a rich symphony of flavour.
Beautiful deep color with purple shades. Rich and ripe nose with complex aromas combining black fruits and notes that reflect a beautiful evolution. The ample palate with a velvety texture reflects an elegant wine with a very nice balance. Although built for long aging, this wine is appreciated very well at the moment thanks to its sweetness. Ideal with grilled red meats, beef ribs or matured cow cheeses.
A family estate for 4 generations, Château Mont-Redon is located in the northwest of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. In one piece, the property has the privilege of having the three emblematic terroirs of the appellation: mainly the rolled pebbles of the plateau, then the safres and the Urgonian limestones. These three very complementary terroirs are at the origin of the complexity and quality of their wines.
