Great quality Gavi, complex and enchanting, lovely round feel in the mouth, with notes of white peach and acacia blossom.
Aromatic, zesty nose with apple and lime notes. The wine is juicy and gently nutty with attractive mineral characters, textured, weighty fruit and a zippy, citrusy, mouthwatering feel - creating a refreshing, yet satisfying finish.
The La Battistina estate consists of 26 hectares, 5 of which are within the Gavi del Comune di Gavi appellation. Araldica Vini Piedmontesi acquired the property in 2002, and ever since they have built and managed their reputation in Gavi as the largest vineyard in the region.
