What They Say
A very aromatic and combines notes of juicy cherry, raspberry and ripe fruit. The delicate woodiness reflects its aging in French oak, which allows the full richness of the grapes picked at full maturity to be best exploited. Our Côte-Rôtie is faithful to the image that we wish to give to the estate, with precision and elegance.
About The Producer Mouton Père & Fils
Our estate farms plots in the Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie controlled appellations. These two large terroirs are cultivated on terraces, which we call here “chaillés”, and do not allow mechanization as long as the slopes are steep. The whole is cultivated with human arms, with the strength of the wrist.
