What They Say
Pale yellow color. The scent is expressive with notes of brioche and slightly buttered. The taste is franck and lively with a beautiful structure in th mouth. We recommend it with grilled fish, white meat or simply aperitif. Serve between 11 anbd 14°.
About The Producer Chateau Capion
The Château Capion estate is made up of 45 hectares of vines planted around its cellar, just opposite one of the most prestigious estates in Languedoc, Mas Daumas Gassac. Bought by Oleg Chirkunov in 2016, the estate and its new team are beginning a major restructuring and conversion of the vineyard to organic farming (labeling for the 2020 vintage). The wines gain finesse, intensity and power. A wine estate to follow closely.
