The balance of the 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin gives our Deux Grains a perfect combination of power and roundness. This is a full-bodied and powerful wine, lingering in its aromas of walnuts and almonds. Delicate and very complex. The typicality of Savagnin combines the roundness and fatness of Chardonnay to give us a magnificent balance, which makes it the archetype of Jura whites.

Amongst different terroirs, the soil is predominantly marl-limestone and the planting density is 6,500 vines per hectare. Our wines come from sustainable agriculture, preserving the environment and biodiversity in our soils. Since 2015, the Baud estate has been certified Terras Vitis.
