The sun-soaked vineyards of Côtes Catalanes are ideal for growing Grenache producing rich and powerful wines. The ripe red fruit in this wine is balanced by a rustic spice and lovely smooth texture.
Deep crimson. Fruits (tomatoes,…) and spices (balsamic,…). Cherry kirsch, wild herbs, liquorice, exotic spices. Medium bodied and voluptuous with a slight pearly effect which gives a light and airy side to the wine (airy is perhaps pushing it a bit), but in any case greedy!
For those who know Jeff Carrel's wines, they understand that it's all about the taste. We primarily work in Languedoc Roussillon but also in Bordeaux, Beaujolais, and Burgundy. We create unique wine ranges, each with distinctive labels and affordable prices: wines that are simple but not simplistic. These wines have their own universe and story. From the vine to the bottle, we aim to produce wines with a strong identity, emphasizing social and environmental values, technical precision, and personality. These wines exist because they reflect a human story, shaped by encounters, cultures, grape varieties, and climates, with their only ambition being authenticity.
