What We Do

You might imagine that we spend most of our time with a glass in hand, in the middle of a vineyard, but that’s not all we do. Our first priority is to help you choose the products that will work best for your customers, at the right price, and to follow through with an efficient delivery service with no unpleasant surprises. 

This being said, we do spend a lot of time tasting wines each year. We are always on the lookout for new wines to bring to your table. No matter where they come from, our first criteria is the taste, and the second is the price. We are always looking for wines that have something to say. Wines that are exciting, intense, subtle, elegant, fresh or powerful.. and of course, ‘gourmand’! 

Over the last few years we’ve adapted our selection process, prioritising wines from producers committed to sustainable agriculture, organic or biodynamic farming. We, ourselves, are proud to have been certified organic in 2022.  We have supported our winegrowers and producers over the past few years, which has been particularly challenging due to bad harvests, the pandemic, as well as Brexit. Our close relationship with our producers has allowed us to collaborate with them to create our own brand ‘Chemin des Pins’ – blends created by us, purely with our customers in mind. 

Although wine is our core range, we couldn’t help but jump on the bandwagon of the new generation of beers. Over the last few years our range of craft beers has grown to include interesting, independent local and international brewers.

We have also added mixers, tonics and craft spirits, mainly from local and organic artisanal producers. We are currently working on our range of non-alcoholic drinks too, to respond to a growing demand, which we hope to launch soon. Watch this space!

Above all, we are here to listen to you and our aim is to become your partner in all things drinks.

Whether you want a house wine, an organic wine, a classic or something more original, we are here to help you discover new and exciting wines with the best quality/price ratio.

Wine Training

Our work doesn’t stop when we’ve made the sale. What makes a wine list truly successful is the ability of your staff to confidently promote your wines to your customers.  We organise group workshops and private training sessions for our clients with the aim of simplifying and demystifying the world of wine. Focusing on the essential elements of tasting and service, we will give your team the confidence they need to talk about wine in front of your customers.

Fact Sheets, Wine Lists and Equipment

We can provide you with fact sheets for all of our products. These are readily available to download from our website by clicking on the “Cheat Sheet” link under each product in the ‘range’ section of the site.

We can also design your wine list in-house for you, as well as help you out with various equipment such as beer pumps etc. Get in touch with one of our sales team for more information.

Deliveries

We have our own fleet of vans, offering a delivery service which we’ve been running since we started in 2006. We store our wine, prepare the orders and carry out deliveries across the French and Swiss Alps, all from our warehouse in Passy. Our delivery schedule changes with the seasons, you can find it here as well as on our Instagram page.
