Our first gin is a Savoyard gin made from organic agricultural alcohol and organic botanicals. The base ingredients include juniper berries, genepi flowers, arquebus shoots and bergamot mint leaves. These plants are hand-picked by our partners in Savoie, between the Bauges, Tarentaise and Avant-Pays Savoyard regions. The first nose is dominated by juniper berries, quickly harmonized by notes of genepi and bergamot mint. On the palate, the trend is reversed, giving way to a lovely citrus-dominated complexity brought out by lemon thyme, and sustained in the long finish by the finesse of juniper.

We passionately craft spirits distilled in our copper pot still to precise specifications: local, high-quality, organic raw materials. Our first gin is a Savoyard gin produced from organic agricultural alcohol and organic plants. The base ingredients include juniper berries, genepi flowers, arquebus shoots and bergamot mint leaves. These plants are hand-picked by our partners in Savoie, between the Bauges, Tarentaise and Savoyard forelands. To bring out the best aromas, we select and blend the different macerates before the first distillation. The second distillation allows the aromas to concentrate and refine further, resulting in a unique aromatic profile that combines freshness and finesse.
