This Cinsault Nature 2023 offers aromas of fresh red fruit, raspberry and cherry. On the palate, it is light and elegant, with lively acidity and subtle notes of flowers and fresh herbs.
Lots of violet and fresh black fruit on the nose as well as on the palate. An impeccable freshness, soft tannins and a touch of menthol and vegetal to finish: the perfect thirst-quenching wine from beginning to end.
A corner of paradise nestled in Fabrezan. Here, low yields are prioritized, resulting in four wines - two reds and two whites, producing a limited quantity each year. It’s a special range of wines defined by the pursuit of precision. They have been practicing natural winemaking since 2003, by using indigenous yeasts, no sulfur before bottling, and a total SO2 content of less than 30 mg/L for all their vintages. This 10-hectare haven produces terroir-driven wines with a distinct personality. It serves as the winemaker’s sanctuary for reflection and a place to showcase their expertise.
