What They Say
An intense ruby red colour with hints of garnet. A wine that succeeds in combining strength, intensity and elegance, with soft tannins to give it a roundness in the mouth. Fruity to the nose with a pleasant spiciness. The taste in the mouth is deep, but lively and with good balance.
About The Producer Rocca di Frassinello
Rocca di Frassinello est un projet complètement fou. Sur le terroir de Maremma, situé juste en dessous de la Toscane, Castellare di Castellina s’est associé avec Château Lafite, pour créer un domaine d’exception et produire sur 90 ha les meilleurs vins de la région. La cave incroyable a été dessiné par Renzo Piano, l’architecte entre autres du Centre Pompidou à Paris et de The Shard à Londres. Le travail dans les vignes, la précision et le soin apporté à l’élaboration des vins permettent au domaine de produire des à présent des cuvées d’exception.
