Meet the team: Clara Teixeira

Introducing the fabulous Clara Teixeira, the latest new kid on the block here at Le Verre Gourmand HQ.  

Clara’s joined us on a day release program from her school in Sallanches (similar to an apprenticeship program in Blighty), and will be helping out with all things administrative and ensuring the continued smooth running of LVG comings and goings. She’s also proving pretty useful as an in-house French language tutor for the many rosbifs here in the office.

Where I Come From…

My name is Clara Teixeira, I’m 18 years old and I live in Luzier, a little village just next to Sallanches in the Haute- Savoie.

What I Do At LVG…

I’m an admin assistant, on a day release program from my school. So during the school holidays, I’ll be here full time, and during term I’ll do three days per week.

My Background…

I’ve recently completed the Bac in administration and management. I’ve done a few internships in different companies, but working here at LVG is my first real job.

My Goal at LVG…

To help the team here as much as possible, and to learn lots.

What I Enjoy Most About The Job So Far…

I love the diversity of my job, and the opportunity to work in a mainly English team is great.

What I Get Up To Away From Work…

I love sport. In winter, I ski and in summer, I hike.

My Perfect Evening…

A barbecue with family and friends.

My Secret Karaoke Song…

I don’t have one, I’m an awful singer and avoid karaoke at all costs!

The First Thing I Would Buy If I Won The Lottery…

I’d do an around the world the world trip straight away!
