Meet the team : Ashleigh

Meet our team for this winter, let's talk about Phoebe's right-hand :

" My name is Ashleigh, I am 20 years old, and I come from Hertfordshire in the UK. I study Business Management and French at the University of Surrey and currently I am on my placement year and working as a sales intern for LVG for the winter season! "

" Before coming to Chamonix, I have had lots of different jobs, including working at a sports centre, school uniform shop, restaurant and even a pet shop, but this is definitely my most exciting venture yet! "

What is your role at LVG?

" Essentially, I am Phoebe’s right-hand man! I am there to support the sales team wherever I can, and this includes things like preparing wine samples to take to tastings, coordinating their diaries and providing them with material and stats until next April. "

How do you unwind?

" Surfing, travelling, drinking matcha tea... that kind of thing. "

What is your favorite wine?

" I am brand new to the industry, so I still have lots to try, but recently I tried the Mandolare Menini Soave and the Birgi Tre Venti Grillo which were both great. I have discovered that I definitely favour the fruitier and more floral flavours."

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

" I hope that by the time I am 30 I will have had the chance to see more of the world, in particular the far east! I would love to one day have my own small business, and be surrounded by friends and family."
