What We Say

An elegant and delicate Meursault, not overly oaked with the emphasis on floral and mineral aromas

What They Say

Good compromise between power, fatness, freshness: a Chardonnay which does not express itself with a punch, but with nuances. Except by eye. Buttercup, he proclaims his color, without biasing the least in the world. The toasted almond signals the aging in barrels, the very ripe fruit, the forthcoming evolution of the bouquet. Its unctuous temperament makes it very pleasant.

About The Producer Maison Ambroise

The origins of our estate date back to the 18th century through the cultivation of cereals, blackcurrants and vines. They specialized in wine in the early 1940s. In 1977, Bertrand and Martine took over from her parents. With them the exploited area has grown, from 12 hectares to 17. 32 years later, their children Ludivine and François came to assist them in their work. Today the family works together on 20 hectares of vines producing 20 different appellations.
