Deep golden in colour with elegant, fine bubbles. Classic Champagne flavours of biscuit and ripe lemon with vibrant acidity.
Its rather deep flaxen-gold colour is enriched by a multitude of extremely fine bubbles. It all suggests a certain wisdom and maturity.
Since the 1920’s, the Bauchet family has cultivated their own vineyards, harvested their own grapes and produced their own champagne. Working from father to son, the four generations of artisan winemakers have worked their unique plots of land, that equate to a grand total of 34 hectares, with purpose and passion. Real estate in Champagne, the vastly broad and rich mosaic of vines spread over different Crus of the appellation, allowing the Chardonnay and Pinots Noirs to be high quality champagne which carry an authenticity and elegance that reflects the personality of their origin.
