What They Say

A fresh and pleasant lemony nose with notes of green apple. On the palate, a nice refreshing acidity, with floral notes of lily of the valley and lily and a tension that persists until the finish.

About The Producer

Vineyard The surface area of the vineyard is 42 ha in white. The average age of the vines is 30 years. Vinification and maturation After manual harvesting, three days of maceration punctuated by frequent settling are necessary. Fermentations continue in barrels by batches selected according to their parcel origin. During their 10 months of aging in barrels, the white wines are stirred several times. Thanks to this ancestral manual process of bâtonnage, the fine lees are put back in suspension in the barrel to deliver "fatness" and amplitude to the wines.
