Utterly luscious. On the nose it has aromas of honey, acacia and peach; these intensify on the mouth with the richness of the wines greedy orange marmelade flavour.
A wine that is well balanced with sugar and acidity. With aromas of fresh yellow fruit and acacia flowers.
The history of the property goes back to a peasant family who first cultivated four hectares of land in 1896. To date there are now 70 hectares which are cultivated by three families who use clean farming techniques and who aim to produce good quality products for an economic market. The vineyard soils consist of clay-silt with a limestone base, and they have a rocky subsoil at a depth of 40 to 60 centimeters.
