Full-bodied, rich, velvety-smooth wine from the Cahors region in SW France – perfect with duck or game.
Almost black in colour, there is a dusty texture, a fine stratum of acidity and strong wood-spice flavours.
For many centuries now our family has been rooted in this region, but our history is linked with the Cahors wines from the early 20th century. The Chateau Vincens plots are small and around 30 years old. In order to achieve the best possible quality, we adapt our methods to each plot of land.
