Round and ripe on the palate, with hints of pear and apple alongside the supple creaminess and mineral freshness you expect from a classic Chablis.
Golden in colour with tints of green. It is very fruity with hints of lemon and grapefruit, developing into softer fruits like apricot and pear. Some years its showing mineral and acidulous notes, while maintaining a good balance in the mouth thanks to its roundness and finesse.
Louis Moreau was born from the passion of a family settled in Chablis in 1814. As early as the late 19th century, the love of this family for great wines lead it to purchase plots in Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. Nowadays, the owner of land in five of the Grands Crus, including a monopole, the domaine works many plots within the appellations of Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premiers Crus; all in full respect of the environment.
