Brewed with Lager yeast but at Ale temperature, which makes it very thirst-quenching. The right dose of aromatic hops added cold brings resinous, citrus and exotic fruit notes. The finish is dry and bitter. Organic beer. Savoyard malt, Lager yeast from the Swiss Alps.
