The second Gin from La Grange Distillery "Pin Up Wings" is inspired by gluttony, lightness and the glamor that revolves around the aromatic power of citrus fruits of organic lemon and orange. The fruit maceration will be done in a surfin alcohol to extract the best aromas of citrus fruits, juniper picked on the Alsatian hills, coriander, angelica root, fennel, cloves and other spices. Gin Pin Up Wings has the particularity of being appreciated by those who approach the world of Gin, the feeling of a stroll along the Mediterranean under orange and lemon trees.
About The Producer Distillerie Lagrange
To pay tribute to their heritage, three friends decided to set up a distillery in the heart of the Alsace, next to Colmar. A farmhouse in Sainte-Croix-en-Plaine has ended up being at the core of their adventure, as its been chosen to houses their elaborate still. With this in mind and obviously the strong relationship that these 3 friends have with their roots, the distillery has been named ‘La Grange’.
