A wonderful match between Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. A smooth, soft and concentrated wine with ripe blackberry fruit flavours together with a hint of vanilla.
Brilliant garnet red with orangey hues, a complex bouquet of roast chestnuts, spices, vanilla and balsamic.
The vineyards of Bodegas Paniza occupy around 2500 hectares of the up-and-coming region of Cariñena, close to the city of Zaragoza in northeastern Spain. Being the highest vineyards in the area at 850 metres above sea level, they experience cooler-than-average temperatures in the summer and, along with the dry continental climate, this combination helps to create important temperature differences, which results in excellent concentration of colour, sugars, flavour and aromas.
