Eloquentally composed Pinot Noir from Domaine Jean Guiton. Classic Burgundy red with a generous and elegant nose and a real intensity of refined tannins on the palate with fine red fruit and gamey notes.
The wine announces aromas of black fruits, red fruits, humus and undergrowth; with truffle, leather and spices developing with age. Young, this wine offers on the palate the crisp charm of fresh grapes. Firm, frank, full of sap, it flourishes, affirming well structured and perfectly convincing.
The Jean Guiton Domaine currently tends 13 hectares of vineyard on the Côte de Beaune. Harvested by hand, they look for a healthy and mature crop that is rich with the character of the terroir.
