NOSE I Lemon zest brings a nice acidity to the nose MOUTH I Straight at the beginning of the mouth then quite round FINAL I Longer bitterness carried by the ziste (white part of the lemon) Our premium mixer HYSOPE combines the skilful blend of a lively lemon and a delicate bitterness obtained thanks to quinine and gentian roots. The Tonic Lemon HYSOPE works wonderfully with straight London Dry Gins. In Cognac Tonic, it perfectly balances the fatness of VS and VSOP cognacs. You can also test it in Whiskey Tonic; for the most recalcitrant we recommend testing it on highlands and/or speyside type whiskies.

Our entire range of tonics and ginger beer is made from ingredients of organic origin, and all of our recipes have been certified organic by the French organization ECOCERT.
