A beautiful dry white wine from Burgundy, known for its aromas of hazelnut, butter, lemon, and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich with a light creamy texture, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish. It pairs well with fish dishes in sauce.
Nose of white flowers and citrus fruits on a woody background revealing its power. Fruity, Ample with buttery notes, it does not lack character.
About five centuries ago, Jean Girard began cultivating vines in Savigny-Les-Beaune. Seven generations later, Jean-Jacques Girard established his own domain to carry on the family tradition. In 2008, his son Vincent joined him on the estate. Today, the family domain spans approximately fifteen hectares and produces around 100,000 bottles annually. Their farming practices are rooted in a deep respect for the terroir and the environment, combining traditional expertise with modern technology in crafting their wines.
