About The Producer Minuty
Château Minuty has been the story of the Matton-Farnet family for over 85 years on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The vineyard is remarkably well exposed on the hillsides of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It benefits from a temperate maritime climate. The great rosés of Château Minuty are based on Grenache, the “king grape variety of rosés”, and Tibouren, emblematic of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, which has been preserved to guarantee the local typicity of the wines. Under the leadership of Jean-Etienne and François Matton, the reputation of Minuty wines has spread widely throughout France and the world with a presence in 100 countries and the development of Minuty trademark wines.
