About The Producer Cantina Le Mandolare
For over half a century the winery Le Mandolare has been making wine from the grapes born from the vineyards of Brognoligo, Castelcerino, Fittà and Monteforte, in the cradle of the Soave wine. A corner of the earth that had already been chosen by the Bishops of Verona for their idle gatherings back in the sixteenth century. When we speak about the “Le Mandolare” products, the Soave Superiore Docg Classico, the Soave Doc Classico and the Recioto di Soave Docg, we are talking of a process that goes from the harvesting of the grapes to the planting of the vineyards, all rigorously carried out by hand. Thus, only such a passion, traditional but in the forefront, can create wines that are able to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
