What They Say
EYE: This cuvée reveals a beautiful pale and light yellow color and presents a delicate effervescence. NOSE: The nose exhales white fruits such as apple, peach or fresh grapes. In the air, floral notes support the whole to give a fresh and young bouquet. PALATE: Cheerful and bright, we find the fruits previously felt, the latter accompanied by a lively acidity that will balance everything and give a light and pleasant wine.
About The Producer Champagne Jean Michel
Since 1847, our passion for wine has been passed down from generation to generation of the Michel family. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, a few kilometers from Epernay, in the commune of Moussy, there are 12 hectares of vines - Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These three varieties yield very distinct cuvées which are rich in a variety of distinct flavours.
