The Limited Edition GSM is a silky, ripe and dry red wine from Saint-Chinian in the south of France. GSM is characterised by its acidity and earthy notes with fruity accents, made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes.

Moa Gürbüzer started Oddbird in 2013. Her vision was to question and change the alcohol norms of society by creating world class wines but liberating them from alcohol. We produce quality wines, made with traditional methods and matured for up to 12 months, and then gently liberated from alcohol in order to preserve the flavours nature intended.
