A fruity South African white with plenty of springtime character made from Chenin Blanc and Viognier to make an easy drinking wine full of ripe fruit and a refreshing finish
Vibrant and aromatic with delicious subtle perfumed aromas with white peach and hints of jasmine on the nose. On the palate it has tight, white, fleshy stone fruit and fresh apricot flavours that balances the sandy texture. Bright acidity and minerality helps to deliver a delicious flavoursome and characteristic wine.
Thanks to long-standing relationships with growers, they have been able to consistently source the best parcels of fruit and successfully establish the Boutinot South Africa style and standard always developing and improving quality. This means working in the vineyards, selecting the best sites and overseeing the wine-making. They are proud ‘affineurs of wines’ in the Cape and dedicated to continuing to produced versatile, expressive, food-friendly wines from such a fascinating region.
