About The Producer Cave de Quissac
On the outskirts of the Cévennes, the vines of the Quissac cooperative cellar grow under the positive influence of the Mediterranean climate. Quissac is a village in Gard which is in the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation. The vines mainly cultivate Syrah, Cabernet and Grenache, typical of the region. Today, the cellar brings together 40 winegrowers who work all year round to cultivate 400 hectares of vines.
