Our IPA oat malt beer top fermented. We wanted to continue our established trend, use other malts than barley and at the same time try something unconventional. As a beer type, we chose the American IPA from the local hops, while those used for the last hops are strongly aromatic and bring flavors and aromas of the Caribbean and exotic fruits.
