Puerta Santa is our tribute to all the pilgrims of the St. James’s Way, to the effort of their journey, and the reward of arriving at a magic land like Galicia. Sandy soil with espalier. Made by controlled fermentation between 15- 18 degrees celsius for 15 days. The daughter has taken over the estate over the last year (2020)
