France - Languedoc-Roussillon
What We Say
A supremely crafted Sauvignon blanc, displaying a grassy backbone with floral notes and smoky flint undertones.
What They Say
A robust yet slightly sweet ale which is tenacious and complex by nature - just like the Scots. It is fermented at low temperatures to unite strong roast malt flavours with the softer aromas of liquorice and smooth caramel. A fine ‘wee bevvy’.
About The Producer Domaine Vacheron
Two countries, two cultures and two contradictory yet complementary characters. This was the vision behind TWO HATS when Andy and Julia decided to uproot from Scotland to a Peyrieu in the Rhone-Alpes region of France and throw their energies into making authentic beers for adventurers like themselves.
