This white wine from the Languedoc is original yet easy-drinking with exotic aromas of lychee, rose, and spices. Dry and aromatic, it captivates the senses with its delicacy and finesse.
Bright pale yellow colour, slightly golden. The nose is expressive with fresh pink notes. On the palate, the attack is full, marked by a persistent freshness that balances the aromas of rose and the sweetness of the wine while providing a beautiful persistence. A fine and elegant wine, with surprising aromas to accompany your exotic dishes (Thai, Chinese), spicy dishes or strong cheeses (Munster, Roquefort), foie gras and dark chocolate ganache desserts.
A cooperative cellar nestled between the Montagne Noire and Limoux, benefiting from terroirs in a unique location for the richness of its specificities. Subject to a double climatic influence, Mediterranean and oceanic, swept by east and west winds, between mountains and valleys, sun and rain, our wines draw their identity from the mix of our landscapes.
