What They Say
Eye : Pale yellow color, green-silver reflections. Nose : Varietal thiols and intense citrus dominate the first nose. On opening, a mineral/grilled profile stands out. Notes of lemon peel and bergamot add complexity to the whole. We also perceive a floral background marked by heady white flowers. Taste : The attack is lively, the mouth is strict and straight. The aromatic profile by these notes of citrus fruits and minerality confirms this feeling of tension. The finish is characterized by lemon zest and a slight saline touch.

The estate, located in the heart of the village of Pouilly sur Loire, has 13 hectares of vines spread over four appellations: Pouilly sur Loire, Pouilly Fumé, Sancerre and Coteaux du Giennois. The estate, located in the heart of the village of Pouilly sur Loire, is composed of about ten hectares spread over the two banks of the Loire. The size of our operation allows us to master all the operations to be carried out on a wine estate, from the work of the vine to the marketing of our wines. For the past fifteen years, we have been trying to work in the most rational way possible, respecting our terroir and our environment, using modern techniques and above all not forgetting the knowledge passed on to us by our parents and grandparents.
