What They Say

The pale gold color with silver reflections evokes a certain classicism. The effervescence, calm and regular, makes you appreciate its strings of bubbles that unravel with serenity. The first nose is well open and confirms the feeling left by the dress. We immediately perceive elegant perfumes of almond and acacia, accompanied by notes of biscuit that emphasize the good evolution in the cellar. At aeration, white fruits are manifested with apple, pear, grapefruit, as well as a refreshing vegetable tip (thyme, mint, white pepper). It is a nose evolving in a complex register, but with measure, without excess. It blends into the body of the wine and makes you appreciate its caressing texture. The dosage in liqueur also comes to know the acidity and produces a sour sensation. The finish perfectly prolongs the impressions perceived in the mouth. Strained by the beautiful acidity of the wine, it lengthens over 8 to 9 seconds of persistence and delivers us pretty aromas of biscuit spoon and toasted almond.

About The Producer Champagne Bauchet

Since the 1920’s, the Bauchet family has cultivated their own vineyards, harvested their own grapes and produced their own champagne. Working from father to son, the four generations of artisan winemakers have worked their unique plots of land, that equate to a grand total of 34 hectares, with purpose and passion. Real estate in Champagne, the vastly broad and rich mosaic of vines spread over different Crus of the appellation, allowing the Chardonnay and Pinots Noirs to be high quality champagne which carry an authenticity and elegance that reflects the personality of their origin.
