A complex white wine from Pessac-Léognan, with aromas of citrus, exotic fruits, and a subtle minerality. A true symphony of flavors that captivates even the most discerning palates.
Robe: Crystalline, the robe is a beautiful pale gold color with green reflections. Nose: Complex and pure, the nose exhales intense fruity fragrances (vine peach, apricot, mango), floral (white flowers, acacia, elderberry, hawthorn, honeysuckle) and spicy (cinnamon, vanilla). The bouquet is supported by tasty mineral notes of gunflint. Mouth: Perfect alliance between amplitude, complexity and finesse, the mouth reveals aromas of white fruits and spices. The palate seduces by its freshness and its balance until a persistent and tasty final.
Owned by the Bernard Family since 1983, the magnificent Domaine de Chevalier is one of the greatest Classified Growers of Bordeaux. Like a hidden garden, this iconic estate of the Pessac-Léognan appellation is nestled in a green haven in the South of Bordeaux. Domaine de Chevalier overlooks a rare vineyard consisting of 6 hectares of vines all dedicated to white wine. Th Domaine de Chevalier vineyard is established on soils of black sans and fine white gravels which rest on an ideally drained clay-gravel subsoil.
