Dark garnet color. A fine, deep nose of ripe cherry, earth and stone. The palate is round, ample and enveloping, with a fleshy, velvety texture and fruit that is as ripe as it is crunchy. The finish is mouthwatering, fresh and fruity, with notes of black cherry, sloe, petrichor and spices.
Thomas Finot gained his experience winemaking in various appellations of France. In 2007 he discovered the terroir of Grésivaudan in Isère as well as its heritage and its viticultural potential. His passion and knowledge of winemaking allow him to craft beautiful wines from local grape varieties such as Verdesse in white, Persian and Etraire de la Dhuy in red, as well as internationally recognised grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Viognier. Thomas Finot is a young and eco-conscious winemaker, taking extreme care of his vineyard and vinifying in a traditional way, without too much intervention, to allow the grape varieties and the terroir to express themselves through his wines.
