About The Producer Domaine Tour Saint Michel

Domaine Tour Saint Michel, a family estate, was created in 1930. Michel Fabre, the Domaine's founder, acquired the first vines. Then Henri Fabre, his son, took over. With the help of his wife Eliane, he developed and expanded the estate. Today, 55 hectares are farmed, including 30 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Since 2007, Mireille has been managing the vineyard with respect for the family tradition, but with a more modern style. Her daughters Magali and Mélanie will join her in 2018 and 2023. After HVE certification in 2019, the Domaine will be certified Organic from the 2023 vintage.
