France - Champagne
What We Say
Reserve cuvée from the famous Veuve Clicquot, with even more body and jazz than their regular Brut.
What They Say
Veuve Clicquot Reserve Cuvée is distinguished by its intense color with golden reflections and the finesse of its bubbles. Then, the nose is a perfect balance between a fragrance of fruits such as peach, apricot or pear, combined with subtle notes of spices, vanilla and pastries. In the mouth, we observe very pronounced toasted and praline aromas, then more complex toasted and brioche notes. This exceptional bouquet is born from the marriage between a unique dosage liqueur and a prolonged aging that amplifies a beautiful aromatic intensity.
About The Producer Veuve Clicquot
An estate that has just celebrated its 250th anniversary. It was in the first half of the 19th century, under the leadership of Madame Clicquot, who took over the estate at the age of 27 following the death of her husband, that the estate took on its full potential. The woman who would later be nicknamed "the great lady of Champagne" innovated and revolutionized the production of champagne, she invented the riddling table, then used by all the houses, produced the first blended rosé champagne and renamed the brand Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin. The estate, which has 390 hectares of vines, is now part of the LVMH group which has helped to make it one of the best-known Champagne in the world.
