Dubliner Beer Cask Smoked Stout is a gourmet and balanced whiskey. Its rich nose releases scents of biscuits and chocolate. It then gives way, on the palate, to notes of apricot jam and cinnamon, finishing with delicate notes of liquorice. • Made from grain distilled in column stills and single malt distilled three times in swan neck stills • Aged for 3 years in first-fill bourbon barrels • Matured for 3 months in barrels that previously contained Rascals Smoked Stout beer

The Dublin Liberties Distillery owes its name to the historic and incomparable Liberties district in Dublin, the area the distillery calls home. A former working-class neighborhood, the district has preserved its unique character of yore. Well away from downtown, the area has always enjoyed a certain liberty, far from the customs and rules imposed by the bourgeois Protestant society. Every bottle produced by the distillery incorporates the spirit of this neighborhood: a warm welcome, the friendliness of the "craic," that time spent at the pub sharing a drink with friends, and an unconditional love for Irish culture and its whisky production traditions.
